I. Bachelor Of Occupational Therapy:

Occupational Therapy is the process of rehabilitation of patients suffering from functional disabilities. It includes patients suffering from physical ailments, physical discomfort, mental or emotional illness, developmental disorders etc. An occupational therapist is supposed to work directly with the patient just like a physiotherapist. It involves exercises and moves that bring sensory and motor perceptions back to normal. The technique involves providing training to those with physical limitations in dealing well with their disability and able to perform daily requirements. For those aspiring to become occupational therapists, must have the ability to demonstrate and teach the patients exercises and feel empathetic with them. The salary of an occupational therapist though varies but on an average earns INR 8500 to INR 11500 for graduates. With experience, there is an increment in salary. After pursuing masters degree one can opt for a teaching job as well in this field.

II. B.SC In Radiography:

The job profile of a radiograph is really promising in healthcare  field.
Eligibility – The eligibility criteria for pursuing b.sc in radiography is 10+2 in (p/c/m) or (p/c/b). It’s a three-year course. However, one-year certificate courses are also available after 10+2.
Salary – The salary of a fresher in India ranges from average rs7000 to rs10000 per month. In private hospitals, the pay is higher. The Gulf countries pay on an average rs 30,000 to rs50000 per month.

In naturopathy and yogic science is a good option.
Eligibility – Eligibility for students who want to pursue this course is 10+2 in science( physics/ chemistry/ biology) and an aggregate 45%.
Naturopathy is practised along with homoeopathy, acupuncture etc.
It is a four and a half year program with a one-year internship that follows. More than a half of curriculum is same as MBBS.
Pay and Perks – The pay for a beginner ranges from rs20,000 to rs25000 per month and increases over years.

V. Bachelor Of Physiotherapy:

It requires great interpersonal skill to deal with the patients as physiotherapy is all about exercise and stimulating specific pressure points.
It is a four-year course followed by six months internship.
Eligibility – The eligibility criteria is 10+2 in science stream with aggregate 45 to 50%.
